Rafael Martínez Muñoz

Education

Rafael is a PhD. in Insolvency Law from San Pablo CEU University (2009). He obtained his Law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (1989) and holds an International MBA (1992) and completed the Advanced Management Program (2011) at IE Business School. Mr. Martinez further holds degrees in Real Estate and Urbanization from the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation and the Financial Studies Centre, respectively.

Experience

With over 20 years of experience in legal counseling, he began his professional trajectory at Hermosilla 60 Firm and later became a founding partner of Marlaw & Associates, dedicated primarily to corporate Law, M&A and Insolvency. He has extensive experience in counseling a number of both transnational corporations and SMEs, specifically in restructuring, strategy development, etc.

He has aided directly in the management of a number of enterprises. With extensive clientele in the Real Estate Sector, Mr. Martinez also has vast experience in project development and finance.
