Javier Blanco

Education

Javier holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid (1998) and a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) as a Researcher in the PhD program from the Complutense University of Madrid (2005). Also, he holds a Diploma in Management Research Course by the Real Colegio Complutense of Harvard University (2006).

Experience

He began his professional career in the family business as head of the logistics area and became as general manager of the Proquimetal Group during the generational change process (2001). After the sale of the family group (2006) he entered into wealth management both with investments in the renewable energy sector and in the real estate sector, participating in transactions amounting to more than 500MM euros.

In 2018 he founded Delenda Capital, a consulting firm specialized in strategic consulting for companies, and M&A transactions, especially in the renewable sector. He has international experience in China with the Asian Development Bank, South Korea, Hong Kong, Morocco, Brazil, France, Germany, and Italy.
