Education

Law Degree and Doctorate in Jurisprudence from the Catholic University of Guayaquil, Ecuador. Degrees recognised by the Complutense University of Madrid. Senior Management Programme by the IESE. Member of the Madrid Bar Association.

Experience

Former diplomat at the Embassy of Ecuador in London and advisor to the Minister of Finance of Ecuador. In the banking area, he has been General Manager of Banco del Progreso. From his extensive professional experience, he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Diario Telégrafo, Director of Canal 12 Telégrafo, Director of TV Channel 12, member of the Guayaquil Civic Board and director of several companies. He currently advises national and international companies on issues related to international transactions.
