23 years of experience in Tax and Financial Advice. Adviser of individuals and companies in the private sector, in the tax planning and project analysis of profitability on investment projects. She began her career in 1994, in the Corporate Office of the Bank Urquijo, S.A. in the department of Private Banking. In 2001, she founded the Firm Marateca, dedicated to the financial and tax advice, as collaborator in the tax and financial area of several Law Firms. She has occupied charges in several Boards of Directors of companies of the Real-estate Sector and has been a member of the Council Adviser of several companies.

Ignacio holds a Law degree from the University of Navarre, Spain (1995) and a Diploma on European Community Law, Sheffield Hallam University, U.K (1995). After beginning his professional career as a lawyer on the TMT sector in Spain, he worked at Wilkinson, Barker, Knauer & Quinn, LLP (Washington D.C.), where he developed an intense activity working on the new technologies and IP sector. He participated as a government-consultant, within the privatization processes of Panama and Colombia. He acted as consultant of American firms on the legal framework existing in Argentina, Brazil, and El Salvador, as well as regulatory institutions of the sector in Bolivia and Ecuador. He participated in the transaction of dossiers before the State Department and the FCC, representing international satellite consortiums (Simón Bolivar), as well as different firms, interested in investing in the U.S.
Back in Spain, he joins the Firm SPYN Advisors as Partner, becoming Managing Partner in 2000. Within that period he has advised numerous telecommunications operators, ISPs, as well as several broadcasting entities, producer firms, and firms dedicated to the new Technologies. Likewise, his assessment on international matters and those related to investment, business, entertainment and sports, should be highlighted.
Ignacio Núñez Luque is also a member of the Board of a number of companies with ties to the industries in which he develops his activities (real estate promotion and construction, sports, technology, hotel asset management, and audiovisual production). He is a member of the Board for the Institute for US Law, in Washington, D.C., a Member of the Royal Spanish Football Federation’s UEFA Licensing Committee, a Board Adviser of the Guipúzcoa Basket Club (ACB), amongst others.

Previous to his incorporation to our law firm in 1998, he worked as a lawyer at Armero & Associates law firm in Madrid (1997), and at the legal department of Dragados & Construcciones (1998), where he dealt with matters on Administrative and Corporate Law.
At SPYN Advisors, he has counseled on corporate matters, particularly obtaining vast experience in intra-corporate conflict resolution. He has also headed a number of multidisciplinary teams in the acquisition of companies in numerous sectors including Audiovisual, Real Estate Distribution, and Telecommunications, aiding the client in the due diligence reports and during the negotiation process.
In recent years he has also developed his practice in Real Estate and Urban Planning Law, aiding numerous clients in construction, development, and promotion; negotiating with the land owners as well as with the public administration.
Antonio López Roa

Law Degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (1973), he has been providing legal services for more than 30 years at the Bar Associations of Madrid, Barcelona, Murcia and Las Palmas.
He acted as Substitute Judge at the District Court of Madrid from 1982 to 1984; has been Legal Advisor for Obras y Construcciones Industriales, S.A., OCISA, and INFINORRSA, Gestión Inmobiliaria y Financiera, S.A. He has been President and continues to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute for Family Studies (IDEFA) and a member of the International Federation for Family Development in Spain.
He has also lectured in a considerable number of Congresses on family matters and has several publications on Family Law. He acts as Family Counsel at the Universidad de Navarra and participates as such in several courses at the IESE.
In SPYN Advisors, he heads the Division on Procedural Law and Litigation.
Ernesto Balda Hernández

He has a PhD. in Jurisprudence from the Guayaquil Catholic University of Ecuador and the High Management Program (PADE) of the University of Navarre – IESE Business School. He has been a diplomat posted at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London and advisor of Ecuador’s Minister of Finance.
In the banking area, he has been Managing Director of Banco del Progreso. In his professional experience it should also be stressed that he has been President of the Board of Directors of the Newspaper “El Telégrafo”, Counselor of Chanel 12 TV, member of the civic cabinet of Guayaquil as well as advisor of several companies.
In SPYN Advisors he practices mainly in International and corporate issues.
Javier Sáenz de Olazagoitia
Law Degree (1997) and PhD. (2000) at University of Navarra – Doctoral Thesis: 'Corporate income taxation filing consolidated return'. He completed his training as Visiting Research in the United States (NYU 1999); and with the Programs of “Managing Development” (PDD 2002) and “Corporate Finances” (2007) at University of Navarra - IESE Business School, Madrid.
He began his professional career as Assistant Research Professor of Tax Law, at the University of Navarra, where at present he still lectures in the Master Degree on Tax Advisory; there, he also worked as attaché to the University’s General Manager during 3 years, in charge of legal and taxing organization, as well as projects funding. Afterwards (2004) he incorporated his own law firm in Pamplona, which he promoted by reaching collaboration deals with other Spanish and foreign law firms, until he joined SPYN Advisors as partner of the Tax Area.
He has specialized in the areas of planning and legal & taxing implementation of business corporate structures, family inheritances and non-profit entities, as well as their re-structure, both in their national (including all Spanish regions) and international dimensions. Among those areas, and concerning all types of taxes, he has conducted the legal advice of appeals at all instances.
He is often a speaker in Conferences and has published several articles on legal-taxing and other aspects corresponding to his professional specializations. He is also a consultant, member, counselor and manager of several companies of legal advice, investment and activities in different economic sectors.
Rafael Martínez Muñoz

Rafael is a PhD. in Insolvency Law from San Pablo CEU University (2009). He obtained his Law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (1989) and holds an International MBA (1992) and completed the Advanced Management Program (2011) at IE Business School. Mr. Martinez further holds degrees in Real Estate and Urbanization from the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation and the Financial Studies Centre, respectively.
With over 20 years of experience in legal counseling, he began his professional trajectory at Hermosilla 60 Firm and later became a founding partner of Marlaw & Associates, dedicated primarily to corporate Law, M&A and Insolvency. He has extensive experience in counseling a number of both transnational corporations and SMEs, specifically in restructuring, strategy development, etc.
He has aided directly in the management of a number of enterprises. With extensive clientele in the Real Estate Sector, Mr. Martinez also has vast experience in project development and finance.
Alejandro Tintoré Espuny

As an academic, he teaches tort law in construction at the Colegio de Abogados de Barcelona, Escuela Judicial, ESADE, and Colegio de Arquitectos de Barcelona, etc. Furthermore, he has authored and published numerous articles in the media and specialized law press.
Mr. Tintoré specializes in Corporate Law, Litigation and Insolvency and Real Estate Law.
Bruno Mateu Pérez-Girardi

As an academic, he has been involved in Legal practice at the University of Suffolk, Law School of Boston; he is an honorary partner at the Centre for International Legal Studies of Salzburg and Visiting Professor at the International University of Catalonia and the European University of Madrid.

Sebastián de Pascual Grifé

With over 20 years of experience in Commercial & Corporate and Litigation, with special dedication to restructuring of companies, bankruptcy receivership and real estate.
He is the Head of the Corporate Area of DP&M and has been the Managing Partner of the Casablanca offices of DP&M.
Ginebra Martos Benito

She graduated in Law from the University of Navarra. Subsequently, she took part in several post- graduate courses, focusing especially in Tax law. She later obtained dual Masters Degrees in Corporate Legal Advice, and in Corporate Taxation from IE Business School in Madrid.
Since her incorporation to SPYN Advisors she advises clients in matters relating to taxation and corporate law. She has also participated in several Seminars and Courses in that field.
Santiago Landete Díaz

Law Degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, 1990 Mr. Landete completed the Training course of the Judiciary School and the Public Examinations under the guidance of Mr. Ángel Arozamena Laso (Magistrate of the Spanish Supreme Tribunal).
Mr. Landete specializes mainly in Civil, Criminal, Labor and Administrative Litigation. In addition, he has experience in bankruptcy proceedings as liquidator after being appointed liquidator of several companies such as IGS-PSV Group.
Before joining SPYN Advisors, Santiago worked at Telefónica Servicios Móviles S.A, in charge of Hiring and later headed the Legal Department of Teimell S.A, and the Corporate and Labor Department of the law firm Emilio Garrido & Associates. He has counseled the Executive Confederation Commission of the Spanish General Labor Union, Presiding the Foundation for Cooperative Development and Rural Economy. Mr. Landete has also collaborated with Public Entities such as the Technical Commission for the drafting of the White Book on Social Economics of the Madrid City Council, as well as the Madrid Development Institute, collaborating in the counsel of Entrepreneurs under the auspices of the Madrid Autonomous Community.
Aránzazu Soler Garijo

Ms. Soler began her professional trajectory mainly on Intellectual Property and Audiovisual/Media and matters related to Honor at Suárez de la Dehesa Abogados firm where she practiced until 2006. While there, she represented the firm before the Spanish Audiovisual Producers’ Rights Management Association - EGEDA.
Since joining SPYN Advisors in 2006, she broadens her specialization to Rectification Rights in the Media and Antitrust legislation.
She has taught Intellectual Property at film schools, the School of Audiovisual Arts (EAV) since 1996 and in Septima Ars since 2001 to the present. She has also lectured extensively in a wide range of conferences and Universities.
José María Jiménez Candela

Law Degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, he presented Public Entrance Examinations to the State Finances Inspectors and holds a masters degree in Tax Law, Garrigues & Andersen Firm (1994/95).
Mr. Jiménez joined SPYN Advisors in 2008. He has extensive experience in the private sector with enterprises such as the “Foxá” group, Roland Berger, S.A., Credit Lyonnais, and the Spanish cable–TV operator Quiero Televisión. In the Public Sector, he has counseled and headed numerous offices and teams relating to Science, Technology, Telecommunications, and Information Society.
Concerning his experience in the European Union, by the opening of the telecommunication markets in Europe and the liberalization of the telephony and TV in Spain, he took part in the PHARE European program regarding the introduction of the Universal Telecommunications Service in Poland, and also in the Twinning Project between Bulgaria and Spain dedicated to 'Institutional Building at the Communications Regulation Commission'. More recently, he has participated, as national correspondent for Spain, in studies for the European Commission (DG INFSO) in several matters related to new technologies (among others, ID management or implementation of the Electronic Services Directive).
Rosendo Llorente Martín

He has held a number of management and advisory positions for enterprises such as the QUIBEY Group, and Frutas y Conservas del Tajo, S.A. (where he served as President). He was a founding member of the CIMA Group, a health services conglomerate in collaboration with major insurance companies in Spain.
After selling the company, in 1985 he became legal adviser of Marbella Internacional, S.L. There he incorporated other real estate companies dedicated to construction and housing projects (Rocio Alto, S.L., Tarbel, S.L., among others). In parallel, he joined the law firm Cruz Conde Abogados. In 1992 he joined Rueda Abogados Firm in Barcelona, specialized in commercial law and civil law. In 1994 he founded the law firm FANJUL in Madrid, acting as Managing Partner.
In addition to these legal activities, he has also developed private enterprises related to real estate, urban law, and culture & entertainment, incorporating the entity Ciudad y Planeamiento, S.L. (of which he is President), that is head of a group of investing companies; and company Nemore Producciones, S.L., dedicated to the production of theatre pieces and television series.
Javier Guerra García

Mr. Guerra obtained his Law Degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (1984).
He specializes in Labor and Social Security Law (layoffs, union conflicts, severance packages, etc.).
He has advised numerous Insurance Companies regarding accidents in the work place and job related accident prevention. He currently practices mainly in litigation before the Social and Labor Administration Tribunals (Labor disciplinary records and inquiries) in representation of workers as well as companies.
Mr. Guerra is a Professor of Labor Law in the Masters program on Private Law by the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid.
María Teresa López Pradas

Ms. Lopez holds a Law degree from Francisco de Vitoria University in Madrid. From fall 2008 to the present, she has studied to obtain her degree in Business Administration and holds a Masters degree in Human and Professional Leadership from Francisco de Vitoria University. She has been awarded the Scholarship for Excellence from the Madrid Autonomous Community throughout her studies. In 2011, Ms. Lopez participated in the exchange program with Goizueta Business School at Emory University specifically in Auditing, International Finance, Business Law y Leading and Managing Change.
She worked at the World Youth Alliance with strong ties to European Members of Parliament aiding in political and legal matters. Most recently, Ms. Millan worked at the Spanish Consulate in New York in charge of the Department of Civil Registry and Notary matters.
Alfredo Dagnino Guerra

Antonio Jaramillo Becerro

In 2005 he was part of the law firm MA Abogados in Madrid, advising in Corporate Law, Litigation Law and Civil Law. In corporate law he has served as secretary or deputy secretary of Management boards (SA, SL, SICAV y SCRSA), provided comprehensive legal services to these companies.
From 2004 to 2006 he was lawyer of Siemens S.A, responsible for energy and telecommunications department, focused on giving legal support in both divisions.
