Antonio Sainz Millán

Antonio has been a keen entrepreneur, founding companies in such a wide array of sectors such as vehicle import, multimedia communication, pharmaceutical distribution and perfume shops, diesel distribution, exporting construction materials, precooked food shops, etc. His current enterprises are in the construction, promotion, architecture, self-storage, hospitality, and strategic advice or consultancy sectors.
Sergio Talarewitz Romero

Mr. Talarewitz holds a degree in Marketing and Business Management from ESIC Business and Marketing School. He has completed a number of programs on Management and negotiation in such institutions such as IE Business School, FYCSA, E.C.M. A.G. Copenhagen, the University of Zurich, etc. He holds a Masters degree in General Management Development from the University of Alcala de Henares.

He has served as Manager for GIGASET Communications Iberia and Giga Home Media; General Manager of Iberia’s Latin America Hub, and Siemens HOCD. Mr. Talarewitz was manager of Terminales y Soluciones AMENA – AUNA, and of Siemens’ and AMENA’s accessory business line. He also served as Sales Manager for About Line, Q.S. Iberica and AS.COM Consultores, as well as Regional Manager for Atlantis International.
Oscar Vega Arribas

Mr. Vega holds dual degrees in Philosophy and Psychology from Complutense University of Madrid. He has also completed programs in film direction, script writing, as well as audiovisual production and commercialization at UCLA, Complutense University of Madrid, and UAB.
He held a number of management positions at In Education Technology enterprises for over a decade before centering his career in film. He has produced and directed over two hundred television, documentary, and film productions. He has served as member of the board of TELSON and currently for Vértice 360, a holding of audiovisual companies which includes Telson, Videoreport, Notro Films, Telespan 2000 y Manga Films.
In film, he has co-produced El Rey (Nominated to the 2006 Goya Awards) and Testigos Ocultos. He directed Raluy a night at the circus (a childrens film) and a number of shorts including El contrato de Murk and Hechizo Lunar. His documentary, Concierto a la Mujer Desconocida, received the Madrid International Experimental Film Festival Award. El Sexo de los Dinosaurios was his second feature film.
Business Strategy and Developing Middle Eastern Markets
Mr. Romero-Gil holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Economics and is working on his PhD.
With over 10 years of experience in International Business Strategic Consulting, Mr. Romero-Gil began his professional trajectory in Ernst & Young, consulting in a wide array of sectors including Telecom, Banking and Utilities. He has maintained a close working relationship with many of the IBEX 35 companies (the Spanish Stock Exchange).
He created BURJ GROUP with the objective of creating “business bridges” for Spanish companies to the Middle East establishing the first office in Jordan, in partnership with HH Sharifa Nur Nasser Jamil Al Aoun. This venture aided Spanish Companies in developing their business in the Middle East, but also demonstrated ways of obtaining access to new markets. Between 2005 and 2012 Mr. Romero-Gil represented the business interests of more than 160 companies in the Middle East. On the basis of this experience, he began collaborating with the Jordan Investment Board and the Economic Board of Bahrain, working toward the attraction of investment by strategic Spanish and Portuguese companies. The main Spanish sectors were represented, including Renewable Energies, Telecom, Engineering and Architecture, IT and Tourism. As a result, a number of Regional Spanish Governments (including Murcia, Cantabria, Castile, Andalucía and Leon) have appointed the group in representation of commercial interests in the Middle East.
Additionally, since 2005 Mr. Romero-Gil has continued to manage the strategic implementation of a number of Spanish firms. He also lectures regularly on doing business in the Middle East in conferences and the University of Malaga and serves in the Board of the Young Businessman Association, leading their International Department.
José María Buxens
Hotel Asset Management
Bachelor in Economics & Business Administration from Deusto University. Graduate in General Management (PDG) from the IESE, University of Navarre.
He began his professional career at Accenture and then at Banco Santander. In 1994, he was appointed as Asset Manager of the hotel portfolio in Spain & the Americas of Banco Santander and Banesto. In 1999 he founded Hotel Coaches, a specialized consultancy firm in hotel asset management, servicing: financial entities such as Banesto, ING Group, Diana Capital, Caja Navarra and BBVA; real estate groups such as Anida, Urbis, Fadesa, Metrovacesa, Nozar, Alting, Comsa and Gestesa; hotel chains such as AC, Iberostar, Sol-Meliá, NH, Travellodge and Fontecruz; and private investors. In 2010 he became founding partner of Grupo de Hoteles Bihotel (GHB) to take over the restructuring of the THB Torrequebrada Hotel & Casino.
Marcos Semmler Parra

Obtained his degree in International Business Administration at UCB and a Masters degree in Finance at IE Business School in Madrid.
He began his professional career at Westdeutsche Landesbank’s Madrid Office and later was appointed Country Manager for Spain and Portugal at Hill Samuel Bank Ltd. He was CFO of Astilleros Españoles SEPI-Spains’s Naval Construction Firm. In 2001 he became managing partner of GED Iberian Private Equity. He is a member of the Board of ASCRI and a Partner of Antuko, an independent energy trading fund focused in the Latin American Energy market. He has been the Head of the Spanish office for Demeter Partners since 2005.

Mr. del Pozo holds a Law Degree from Madrid's Universidad Complutense, an MBA from University of Navarra - IESE Business School. He also holds an MBA in Corporate Management from IE Business School, and a Masters degree in Economic and Financial Management from ICADE.
As a founding member of the firm, Mr. del Pozo continues to counsel clients in a number of matters. Specifically, he is dedicated to the integral counsel of the client in tax related issues and the administration of private property. Mr. del Pozo teaches Corporate Financial Policy and Economic Structures at Universidad Complutense de Madrid’s Villanueva Centre.

Ignacio holds a Law degree from the University of Navarre, Spain (1995) and a Diploma on European Community Law, Sheffield Hallam University, U.K (1995). Master in Organizational Governance and Culture, Institute for Business and Humanism, University of Navarre (2007).
After beginning his professional career as a lawyer on the TMT sector in Spain, he worked at Wilkinson, Barker, Knauer & Quinn, LLP (Washington D.C.), where he developed an intense activity working on the new technologies and IP sector. He participated as a government-consultant, within the privatization processes of Panama and Colombia. He acted as consultant of American firms on the legal framework existing in Argentina, Brazil, and El Salvador, as well as regulatory institutions of the sector in Bolivia and Ecuador. He participated in the transaction of dossiers before the State Department and the FCC, representing international satellite consortiums (Simón Bolivar), as well as different firms, interested in investing in the U.S.
Back in Spain, he joins the Firm SPYN Advisors as Partner, becoming Managing Partner in 2000. Within that period he has advised numerous telecommunications operators, ISPs, as well as several broadcasting entities, producer firms, and firms dedicated to the new Technologies. Likewise, his assessment on international matters and those related to investment, business, entertainment and sports, should be highlighted.
Ignacio Núñez Luque is also a member of the Board of a number of companies with ties to the industries in which he develops his activities (real estate promotion and construction, sports, technology, hotel asset management, and audiovisual production). He is a member of the Board for the Institute for US Law, in Washington, D.C., a Member of the Royal Spanish Football Federation’s UEFA Licensing Committee, a Board Adviser of the Guipúzcoa Basket Club (ACB) and a Founding Member of the European Institute for Entrepreneurship (EIE), amongst others.
